SZJ stands for Strana za ¾ivotní jistoty, in English: The Party for
Security in Life, see this
webpage. It is a democratic party (it has 57 thousand members) which
is oriented mainly towards solving social issues in society. Membership
comprises mainly of senior citizens (PSL is the successional organisation
of the party Pensioners for Security in Life).
Its emblem is on this webpage,
and I assume that that is their flag as well.
